- Search for a best matching candidate
We discuss your family needs, so that we thoroughly understand your expectations and who you're looking for. Our extensive recruitment database consists only of those applicants who completely meet the requirements under Live-In Caregiver Program and includes high-educated and professionally trained personnel from the countries of Eastern Europe and Middle East.
- Selection
We choose several suitable people who will be right for your family and the job. We arrange an interview / videoconference. When you select the most likable person, we run the employee’s background check, including check of his/her credentials, references, and a psychological assessment. During this verification process, we closely cooperate with our partners abroad.
- Legal documents
We help you with the negotiation of duties & responsibilities, hourly wages, benefits, deductions, health insurance, living accommodations and days off.
When the selected candidate has been approved, our legal department will draft an Employment Agreement between you and your employee to ensure it complies with the requirements of the Ministry of Labor Resources of Canada.
We apply to HRCC, hold correspondence with them and forward all the required documents on your behalf to the employee for immigration purposes (employment authorization and temporary residence visa). The process of bringing a live-in caregiver to Canada takes 3-6 months, and for this period, our agency takes responsibility in providing your family with an interim solution and offering local live-out domestic help.
We assist your family in setting up as an employer under the Canadian government's guidelines and we show how to do your taxes from this prospective.
- Further Supervising
We follow up with your family to make sure you're happy with your nanny, nurse, or housekeeper.
We help to clear misunderstandings and adjust differences between your family and your employee, but if there is a breach of contract by a caregiver - we‘ll find a replacement in the shortest time possible!
Our fee for processing all the necessary documents allowing you to hire the Live-in Caregiver and bringing her to Canada, is 500 CAD. You pay our fee only after the Caregiver successfully completed a two-week trial period at your family!
- Fees
Our fees for prospective employers will be $1,500.00 CAD (+) GST and may be paid in 2 consecutive installments:

30% is initial payment made upon signing the contract with our agency for its services. This amount allows to initiate a search for an employee and start application process to HRCC;

The final amount is due upon signing the Employment Agreement between you as an employer and a caregiver as your employee.
